Group formation
You are yourself responsible for group formation. Speed up this process, as without a group, you can't select a case, and you can't start the activities. So you are bascially just wasting time. A group has max 5 members. Manage your team well, this will reduce the workload on activities. Don't accept an activity if you didn't attend the related class.
